Swim, Isabelle, Swim

I brought Isabelle to her first baby spa session at Northpoint this afternoon, and signed up for a 22 swimming sessions + 5 massage sessions package for her.  As of 2.5 months old, her neck was still not strong enough to lift up from the ground and she had not started to flip yet.  Hopefully, some physical exercises would benefit her.

She spent most of the first 15 minutes just floating in the tub, not knowing what to do.  As usual, her fists were tightly clenched.  She only started to move a little in the water towards the end of the swim, after which, she got to enjoy a session of massage.

Too bad Daddy was always so busy, and could not witness Isabelle's first dip in the water. 

Ian's New Float

After a long break from swimming, we finally brought Ian back to the pool again. We have decided to graduate him from the neck float that he has been using since he was 6 months. This is the new float that we have gotten him from Giant - a cute Tweety Bird float!

Hubby pushed Ian's float around the pool, with Ian enjoying the ride. However, after Hubby took him out and let him stand in the pool, Ian discovered that it was more fun to be without the float. He was happily beating the water with his hands, with the water splashing all over his head.

Hopefully, we will find another good chance to bring him to the pool again.
